Mr. Khamphat Boulom,
Mr. Khamphat Boulom, the founder of TACDO, has worked on the Categorizing
Microfinance for the Poor project or CMP (BoL-ADB) over 3 years and was
engaged with the Asian Development Bank during 2003-
2004. These projects have required extensive contact
with most microfinance institutions within Lao PDR.
During these periods he has worked closing with most MFIs
within Lao PDR. He has been engaged in numerous training and consulting
assignments within the microfinance,business development, and rural development sectors.
Mr. Anousack Maokhampiew
Mr. Anousack has been working as an accounting teacher for the local government college for 9 years. Previous to this position he was the Lao state enterprise accountant for over 10 years and has been employed as an accounting specialist for an BoL-ADB project since 2009 which provides support for MFIs around the country in accounting and finance management.

Mr.Khamkeng chanthavongsa teaching the irrigation system management, irrigated agriculture , on farm management, planning and design of the distribution system and drainage system at irrigation engineering department and Member of research’s team of Water Resource Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, National University of Laos. He’s been working at TACDO Center on since 2007 as training course:
